What are SPSA Numeracy Workbooks?

Our SPSA Pharmacy Numeracy are something extra for our members. They are a way of helping every member to get the most out of their MPharm Degree.

Although Numeracy is a key element of the MPharm programme and the GPhC Registration exam, students can sometimes over look this component and in some cases be unsuccessful in progressing through the programme as a result.

The SPSA Numeracy Workbooks aim to cover basics for every year from the moment you start with no knowledge to the final year on your way to becoming a fully fledged pharmacist.

These workbooks are made by students for the students in collaboration with the School of Pharmacy and are accompanied with a PowerPoint covering the methods and solutions for these forms of calculations.

We hope they help even if it's just a little!

Bearing that in mind, let us know if you spot any mistakes or if we've missed something out.

Please refer to your Module handbook and your CANVAS Numeracy Unit for specific requirements for your assessment as well as addition Numeracy Questions.
